Government of India, ministry of Labour and Employment vide Notification No S-38013/35/2016-SS.I dated 09.08.16 has extended implementation of the ESI Scheme in the entire area of the under mentioned districts of Karnataka with effect from 01.09.2016.

WITH THIS, THE ESI SCHEME HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF KARNATAKA
The Employers falling under the purview of ESI Act (engaging 10 or more employees) in any place in Karnataka are required to register their factories / Establishment / Hospitals / Educational Institutions / other units under the ESI Act, 1948 online. For registration please log on to www.esic.in
