Here is the list of email id’s for Auto rickshaw complaints as provided by Transport department. One can send email complaint with Auto number to the following email id’s:
addlcptrafficbcp@gmail.com, acat@kslmd.com, clm@kslmd.com.
Now a days I am getting lot of comments and mails from my readers on complaint mechanism on Auto harassment. Government should have online tracking mechanism to handle the complaint and take appropriate action against erring Auto drivers even taking permit back as these kind of Auto drivers are not needed on roads.
