Getting message like ” We couldn’t logon to the incoming (POP) Server . Please check your email address and password and try again”
Getting this message while adding Gmail id to outlooks account for all versions like Outlooks 2013,2016,2019,2000,2021

Not possible to use Gmail id in outlook from now onwards ????
Wrong here you have a easy fix or solution which will fix this issue..
Login to your Gmail account Enable 2 step verification and create App passwords by choosing following option
Choose > Mail > Windows computer
Your app password for Windows Compute will get generated like this copy and save it safely
Now login to outlooks and add accounts and insert app password
