The ministry has asked the OEMs to offer a refund to customers for the amount they’ve paid for the chargers retrospectively. The OEMs have already absorbed the cost of the chargers and reconfigured products to meet the ₹1.5 lakh ceiling, but the ministry is urging they take retrospective action.
Now the question is how to claim refund ?
As notified earlier, you are eligible for a refund for your Ola S1 Pro charger.
We noticed that you have not yet submitted your bank details for the same.
Here’s how to do it:
• Open the order history page on the Ola app
• Select your Ola S1 Pro order
• Click on ‘claim your charger refund’
• Fill in your bank details
Once we have verified your details, the refund will reflect in your account in a couple of weeks.
You can check the status of your refund on the Ola app.
We request you to claim your refund at the earliest.
