The Pan mentioned in the Digital certificate doesn’t match please retry: Many income tax e-filing user might get this error when you try to register new digital signature or try to update renewed digital signature certificate.
The main reason for the same is non-updation of Pan details in the income tax portal specially in case of company filers.
Go to Profile Settings > Update Principal Contact details kindly update the pan of the director / Managing partner or sole proprietor whose Digital signature will be used for filing returns.
