How to disable Life tool in Nokia Mobile handset?

I have practically seen in Nokia-2700 classic handset where in Right side navigation key mandatory will be life tool from Nokia which is activated will keep disturbing you by sending messages. How to disable it? I tried to do it in the cell phone but didn’t worked out but there is a workable solution to it.

Send email to manoj.p-c@nokia.com with details of mobile number and handset number , they will de-activate it. But it is not good option from Nokia to force user to have mandatory life tool in hand set.They must provide removing it in the handset
