One who wish to enroll for 1st PUC can download the following form and by paying Just Rs.20 in any college of their choice. Now there is no need to have different application form by paying hefty fees.
Fees to be collected by each colleges i.e. Government colleges, Aided and Unaided colleges is fixed in the circular.
Documents to be attached with the application:
Attested Xerox copies of SSLC/Equivalent exam Marks card/Transfer Certificate/Caste & Income Certificate/Eligibility-certificate Issued by PU commissionerate (If any )/Medical certificate (if any} and any other Certificates must be submitted along with the application.
The Admissions in Govt./Aided/Unaided PU Colleges of the State have to be done as per the instructions given below for the Academic Year 2012-13.If these guide lines are not followed then the concerned District Deputy Director, Department of Pre-Universtiy Education and College Principals’ will be held responsible and the recognition of such colleges will be cancelled.
