How to Choose New tax regime in Income tax portal ??

There are many benefits for those who have not made considerable investment under section 80C ,not available Home loan and Not contributed to NPS or Medical insurance premium. They can opt for New tax regime under which tax rate is less and they will save under new tax regime.

Now the question is how to choose in Income tax portal???

Login to your Income tax login using Pan number and Password and navigate to Tax forms:

And Choose the form “Application for exercise/withdrawal of option under section 115BAC(5) of the Income-tax Act,1961”
