Now a days once you apply for DIN number you will get one VPP parcel i.e. Value Payable parcel with heading as Director identification number ( DIN) Information Kit whose picture is also enclosed in this post. This is a open fraud by Dibya Publication-Regus Business Center , Level-9 , Gurgaon which contains some information on DIN and other MCA related circulars but definitely not worth 950.00 which they mention.
You can outright reject the same and send it back to the sender which will teach them a lesson of not to defraud innocent public in the name of MCA. Government should initiate legal action against such fraudsters who run this kind of money collection work in the name of getting public documents printing and mis-using public available information.
I suggest some group in North India should file police complaint against this company to bring them behind bars. If any of the DIN applicant get such letter kindly reject and don’t be under the impression that it is sent from Ministry of company affairs.
