Is your tax return complete? | ITR-V sent to CPC? | Non receipt of ITR is treated as non-filing of return:
If you have filed your tax return without digital signature ????
If you miss this vital step , your return will be treated as not filed and liable for penality and no refund can be entertained.
Return is invalid and hence no refund can be issued.
Loss , If any claimed by the assessee willnot be entertained U/S 139(3).
Penalty for non-filing of return can be imposed.
Time limit for ITR-V 2011-12 e-filed return will be 31st December 2012.
